Todd M. Simning
Todd M. Simning, President, has been with the company since its inception. With more than 28 years of building, development, construction and real estate experience, Todd’s consistent leadership skills, strong work ethic and drive have contributed to the success of many ventures. With a bachelor of science in economics (mathematics and political science emphasis) from the University of Minnesota, Todd also holds multiple licenses and designations including:
- Real Estate Salesperson license — State of Minnesota
- Builders Contractor license — State of Minnesota
- REALTOR Designation — National Association of Realtors
- GRI Designation — National Association of Realtors
Stephen R. Kroiss
Stephen R. Kroiss, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is a third-generation home builder and developer who has been with the company since its inception. With a bachelor of science in business from St. John’s University, Stephen holds his Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Salesperson Licenses, and previously sat on the board of the Minnesota Developers and Builders Legal Action Fund — a part of the Builders Association of Minnesota.
He and Todd Simning have been partners for over 25 years in many real estate ventures with overall sales exceeding $400 million and have won numerous awards from the Builder’s Association of the Twin Cities including Reggie Awards and Trillium Awards.
